Does the dermatologist speak English?
Yes. Dr. Angelova conducts consultations in English. Our reception team also communicates in English. We regularly see expats, international business residents and tourists living in Sofia.
Do I need a referral to see the dermatologist?
No referral is needed. You can book directly online or by calling 0882 900 999. The consultation is private (self-pay) — there’s no need for a Bulgarian health insurance card or NHIF registration.
What does a dermatology consultation include?
A full skin assessment, diagnosis, treatment plan and — where needed — prescriptions for topical or systemic medication. The consultation is typically 30–45 minutes. Dr. Angelova can also provide referral letters in English if you need to continue treatment elsewhere.
Can the dermatologist treat acne?
Yes. We treat acne at both a cosmetic and medical level — from professional facials and chemical peels through to prescription retinoids, antibiotics and laser treatments with FOTONA Dynamis Nx. The dermatologist assesses and determines the most appropriate protocol for your skin.

Two locations in Sofia: South Park / Vitosha area (бул. Витоша 131) and Manastirski Livadi (ул. Казбек 63). Both are accessible by metro. You can book at either location online.
