FOTONA DYNAMIS NX

Fotona 4D is a laser facelift therapy that synergistically combines four different treatment modalities in one treatment: EndoLifting®, FRAC3®, PIANO® and SupErfacialTM. The application of two wavelengths within one system, i.e. Nd:YAG and Er:YAG, allows for multiple aesthetic and therapeutic procedures. The uniqueness of the Fotona 4D laser treatment lies in the fact that it affects both the external surfaces of the face and the inside of the mouth. In this way, it is possible to completely reconstruct the collagen fibres throughout the entire thickness of the skin, thus achieving permanent elasticity and skin density, as well as wrinkle reduction.

How does the procedure work?

Endolift® – The precise Er:YAG laser delivers heat to the tissue, causing collagen fibers to contract, filling nasolabial furrows and improving skin firmness.

FRAC3® – Fractional 3D effect results in rejuvenation of skin imperfections in its deeper layers. This stage is responsible for reducing fine lines and increasing skin density.

PIANO®, the third stage, uses long pulses of the Nd:YAG laser to stimulate skin tightness throughout its entire thickness. At this stage, the skin is irradiated to a depth of about 6 mm, resulting in its deep thermal lifting.

SUPERFACIAL™ – the fourth part includes laser peeling and complements all previous stages of the procedure. In the end, the skin looks much better, the complexion is brighter and the pores are closed. In addition, the healing procedure removes any unevenness on the facial skin.

The duration of the treatment is between 50 and 60 minutes.

How many treatments are needed?

There may be slight redness and swelling for 1-2 days, but no special recovery period is required. Most patients will see some immediate results, with optimal results occurring over a 2-3 month period. We recommend a course of 3-4 proprocedures for optimal results.
